One day, the other cops and Dog Man baked a cake because it was Chief’s birthday. The cops planned for Chief’s birthday and told Dog Man to buy a fish for Chief. Dog Man went to the pet shop, and he went crazy and destroyed the pet shop. Then Dog Man bought a fish and went to the station, and gifted Chief the fish. Chief accidentally put brain dots in the fish tank. There were lots of brain dots in the tank, so the fish became evil.

There was a crime at the pet shop, so Dog Man went there. When he got there, a news reporter named Sarah and the pet shop owners were tied up in the pet shop. Sarah said that the thief looked like Petey, but he had a cloak. Petey was in cat jail, so Petey drew a paper version of himself and told the guard, “Hey guard, a board fell on me.” So the guard took Paper Petey and told the magic doctor to make Paper Petey real. Paper Petey became real and escaped.

Meanwhile, Petey escaped from cat jail and went to his home. Petey made a tank for storing money and took his love gun so everybody would give him lots of money. Paper Petey went to the museum of dinosaurs and attacked the city. While he was destroying the city, a doctor came to make Paper Petey not real, but Paper Petey put obeying spray on the doctor and told the doctor to be his assistant. When Petey came with his tank, he shot his love gun at the people, but Dog Man came and hijacked the tank, and Petey fell down.

Everybody was in love with Petey, so everybody chased Petey. Then Petey ran to cat jail and locked himself in a cell. Paper Petey saw Dog Man, so Paper Petey went to destroy Dog Man, but Dog Man made the dinosaur good, so the dinosaur left the city. There was a stranger controlling Petey’s tank. The stranger attacked Paper Petey. Paper Petey went up a mountain, but the stranger chased him. When Dog Man saw them, he called Chief and Sarah, and they also went up the mountain. But the stranger was Chief’s fish—the fish had magic power. The fish died because it was too cold. Chief, Dog Man, and Sarah went to arrest Petey, but they were too cold. They made Paper Petey wet, and they went down the mountain on him. And they cut him into pieces.
