Make the asset end to end, at channel standard.
Marketing work rarely dies inside a step; it dies in the hand-offs: waiting for review, waiting for assets, waiting for someone to remember. The Production discipline builds one path from brief to published that exists independently of any one person's attention: a person makes the decisions the path surfaces, the path does the carrying. Channel standard is the floor — an asset is done when it meets the standard of the channel it ships to, and at AI volume producing below standard just makes you forgettable faster. The most dangerous production failure makes no sound: the scheduled job that stops and reports nothing. Our own machine once had a scheduler that reported green while dead (four silent days that looked identical to four successful ones), and the fix was a rule, not a tool: every job proves it did work, and missing proof raises an alarm. Production pairs with Eval: the path carries, the written test decides what may ship; remove either and the other becomes dangerous. Part of Growth Engineering; grade your stack with Stack Score.
