The foundation beneath the index, published in full for scrutiny. Operator Score = Intensity × Value-Composition / 100. The method is multiplicative, not additive, so high volume cannot compensate for shallow composition.

Every parameter marked provisional revises on calibration evidence only — never on argument. Per-country value-composition is computed directly from the Anthropic open dataset; penetration is from Anthropic's published per-capita index.
